These terms cover your use of this website, opus-av.com. They are separate from our booking terms, which are being rewritten TBC, which apply when you book our services.

2. Using this website
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You may browse the site, and print or save pages for your own use, for example to share with your partner, your planner or your colleagues while planning an event.
You must not:

3. Information on this website
Website content is provided for general information only. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we may change or remove content at any time without notice. Kit lists, photos and descriptions show typical set-ups. The exact equipment for your event will be set out in your quotation.
4. Quotes and bookings
This website doesn't show prices. Sending us a brief doesn't create a contract: we reply with a written proposal, and that proposal sets out the price. Every booking depends on availability and our written confirmation, and it is not confirmed until we have received the deposit set out in our booking terms, which are being rewritten TBC.
5. Our content and intellectual property
Everything on this website belongs to Opus AV or to the people who have allowed us to use it. That includes the text, design, logo, photographs, video, drawings and stage designs. Using our content without permission is not allowed. You may link to our pages, as long as you do it fairly and don't suggest that we endorse you when we don't.
Some photos show clients' events, including names, monograms or logos. These are used with the client's knowledge [TO CONFIRM: true for every published event, see NOTES.md, R12] and remain theirs. Please don't reuse them.
6. Links to other websites
Where we link to other websites, such as partners or social media, we do so for your convenience. We don't control those sites and we aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
7. Our responsibility to you
We provide this website free of charge for general information. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on the website's general content, or from the site being unavailable for a time.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
8. Privacy, cookies and accessibility
How we use any personal information you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy. This website doesn't use cookies. Our Cookies page explains the little that is stored on your device. Our Accessibility Statement explains how we make the site usable for everyone.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
10. Law and courts
