From enquiry
to de-rig

Each stage gives the next one something concrete to work from.

  1. Enquiry

    Date, venue, programme and the production you have in mind.

  2. Site visit

    Check access, power, room dimensions and sightlines.

  3. Stage drawing

    Agree the stage, screens, booth and guest-facing layout.

  4. RAMS

    Prepare the risk assessment and method statement for the agreed build.

  5. Build

    Load in, rig, test and hand over a room ready for the programme.

  6. Show

    Crew run the sound, light and video to the agreed cues.

  7. De-rig

    Strike the production and clear the space to the venue’s schedule.
